At Apex Shark Tours Florida our mission is to inspire ocean respect and shark conservation through safe, educational, and unforgettable encounters. We aim to change perceptions of sharks by showing guests their true nature — curious, intelligent, and essential to healthy oceans.

In partnership with One Ocean Diving, our tours follow their proven model of "respectful, non-invasive, science-backed shark interactions and educational information to dispel myths". Every dive is designed to promote understanding and safety — inspiring guests to see sharks as vital, intelligent guardians of the ocean.

Founded by Matthew Evans, Apex Shark Tours Florida was created to expand One Ocean Diving’s mission to the East Coast. After years of training under marine scientist Ocean Ramsey and underwater photographer Juan Oliphant, our team brings their world-renowned shark safety practices and conservation philosophy to Florida’s waters.
Apex Shark Diving follows the same protocols that make One Ocean Diving one of the world’s most trusted shark diving operations. What began as a groundbreaking research initiative has evolved into an immersive, science-based experience that connects guests with sharks through education, respect, and responsible marine tourism.

- Our guided shark snorkel tours reveal why sharks are essential to keeping our oceans healthy as keystone species.
